this winter we invite you to dine with us inside the inne, for two weekends only.
cocktail hour will begin in the parlor, and we will stoke the wood stove all night
our hyper seasonal menus are composed of hearty storage crops we grew on our farm, like sweet and nutty squash, buttery pinto potatoes, purple sweet potatoes. we will be pulling from our larder of preserves and ferments that capture the peak of our harvests.
we have pasture raised organic laying hens, and source our grass fed protein and golden guernsey dairy from small farms within 12 miles.
